There are no bugs or misconfigs.
The command just sends the following GCodes do the printer:

M190 R60 ;Set the temperature according to the config (60°C)
G4 S60 ;Wait 60 seconds
G28 ;Home
G29 ;Auto level
M500 ;Save settings
G28 ;Home again
M140 S0 ;Load level
